Internship offer: R&D project manager for innovative products
The company
EXDEN, based in Carquefou (44) near Nantes, is a company specialized in the development and manufacturing of probiotic-based food supplements. Intervening on a dynamic and innovative market, we accompany our customers, French and foreign, from the formulation and development to the delivery of the finished product.
Your missions
Reporting to the R&D Manager, your mission will be to work on a project to develop a range of innovative products based on Probiotics and targeted and/or objectified technical ingredients:
- Sourcing of technical ingredients from suppliers
- Qualification of the ingredients
- Regulatory validation of these ingredients
- Construction of files related to these ingredients
- Setting up formulation tests
Profile
Preparation of a BAC +4 / +5 degree in Nutraceutics, Agro-food and/or Human Nutrition: Master 1, Master 2, Engineering School
Knowledge in food supplements and probiotics would be a plus
Skills: fluency in written English, office pack
Qualities: curiosity, strength of proposal, organization, rigor, good professional communication
Location: Carquefou, in person
Duration: minimum 1 to 2 months
