Your responsibilities

As part of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for the administrative management of B2B sales, taking into account the specific characteristics of each project.

  • Order entry and management:
    • Verify that orders comply with the quotes prepared by the sales representatives
    • Enter orders into the internal management system and ensure data reliability
    • Acknowledge receipt of orders to customers
  • Order tracking:
    • Forward all information necessary for order processing (quantities, prices, delivery dates, etc.) to internal teams
    • Ensure that each team has the up-to-date information necessary to ensure compliant delivery and seek out any missing information
    • Monitor processing times and follow up if necessary
  • Customer relations:
    • Ensure a responsive handling of all customer requests related to their orders
    • Forward complaints and provide guidance if necessary
  • Database monitoring:
    • Ensure that the customer database is kept up to date
    • Ensure the traceability of internal and external exchanges and validations

Profile

  • Bac + 2 – At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in B2B (SAO)
  • Qualities/Skills:
    • Autonomy
    • Rigour, organisation and methodical approach
    • Adaptability and interpersonal skills
    • Good written and oral communication skills – Good written and spoken English.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and other office software
    • Respect for confidentiality
    • Ability to work in a team

 

Remuneration: Depending on profile

Type of position: Permanent contract
